IT Training Solutions was created because I knew I could do better than the company I worked for the past few years with how they delivered training. They did not focus on the effective delivery of the course as the key. Their focus was too much on “closing the deal” and not enough on the communication between the client and the instructor. The result was often unhappy clients. I have found that the instructor client communication is the number one factor for either a successful course or an unhappy client. My philosophy is simple. If I can keep communication fluid between client and my instructor so that all parties see eye to eye my job is done, the course will be a success. I will always match the right instructor with the right need and to talk through the delivery so my instructor’s and I really truly understand the clients needs. As a result our clients understand exactly what to expect and they get it. |
